1. What bit.poker is

bit.poker is an educational and entertainment platform for training poker decision-making: calculation tools, a spot trainer, a simulator against bots, courses and a daily quiz. It is not a casino or a betting site: there is no real money in play, chips cannot be bought and there are no redeemable prizes. The chips on the practice table are worth nothing.

The content is recommended for ages 18 and over.

2. Your account

The training area requires an account, created with your email through a sign-in link (no password). You are responsible for keeping control of your inbox: whoever can access your email can access your account. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@bit.poker.

3. Free plan and paid plans

The free plan includes the public tools, the daily quiz and a daily trainer cap. The paid plans (monthly or yearly subscription, and the one-time Course 1 purchase) extend that access as described on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

  • Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Renewal and cancellation: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe portal ("Your plan" in your dashboard); you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • One-time Course 1 purchase: gives you permanent access to that course plus a period of full premium. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
  • Withdrawal: as this is digital content with immediate access, completing the purchase means you consent to immediate performance and accept the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right under consumer law. If something doesn't work as it should, write to us and we will try to fix it.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service for any illegal activity or to organise real-money play.
  • Don't attempt to breach security, scrape data at scale or resell the content.
  • Don't share your account: it is personal and non-transferable.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules seriously or repeatedly.

5. Intellectual property

The software, course texts, audio, design and the bit.poker brand belong to its owner or its licensors. You may use the service for your personal learning; you may not reproduce or redistribute the paid content.

6. No guarantee of results

bit.poker is training: the numbers the engine shows (equity, pot odds, ranges) are mathematical calculations, and the AI coach explains them for teaching purposes. Nothing in the service is advice for real-money play, and we guarantee no results in any game.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may change features and these terms; if a change materially affects your paid plan, we will tell you with reasonable notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts determined by consumer regulations.
